Questions you might ask first
Three of the things laboratory teams usually want to know before they write to us.
We work with research and analytical laboratories across the Professional, Scientific and Technical Services sector — environmental stations, materials and spectral labs, field research groups and reference facilities that run bench instruments under real field conditions. If your team collects samples, reads a signal and needs the record kept whole, we can almost certainly help.
Instrument onboarding for a fresh station generally opens the same week we are first asked. A straightforward bench — a few controlled instruments and one acquisition pipeline — often runs its first verified trace within that window. Larger multi-bay facilities with deep sample chains may take a longer planning pass, and we will set that expectation early rather than promise the impossible.
Almost always yes. Our systems are designed to wrap and integrate with the instruments and archives you already operate rather than to force a wholesale replacement of the bench. We model your current devices, open pipelines to their streams and evolve the pieces that need to change, keeping the record continuous through the transition so nothing has to be re-logged by hand.
Skip the long-form email if it suits you better — call the bench at the number above and ask for systems the lab will actually trust.
